Finalist four years ago, Croatia is aiming for third place in the final as in 1998. The journey of Sofiane Boufal's partners ended in the semi-finals against France (0-2), not without having manhandled the reigning world champions, a defeat conceded on goals from Théo Hernandez and Randal Kolo Muani.
