Burkina Faso's heels will play two official matches during the third and fourth rounds of the African Nations Cup (CAN), Ivory Coast 2024, in March. They will host the Togo national football team led by Paulo Duarte on March 24 at the Grand Stadium in Marrakech, Morocco (Match aller). Four days later, the Ésers will face the Éperviers on March 28 in Lomé at the Stade de Kégué (Match return).

The sports public will know from this Monday, 6 March, the players chosen for this double confrontation. Burkina Faso national football team coach Hubert Velud will unveil his first team of the year, the Federation of Burkinabe Football (FBF) said. The French technician will be facing the national and international press at a large hotel in the city of Bobo-Dioulasso at 10:00 GMT. A grouping is scheduled for Marrakech, Morocco, starting March 19, 2024.
